The department offers its clients a complete and comprehensive range of professional letting services, which includes:

• Advertising of the property (Newspapers, Webpages, flyers, magazines, sign boards etc.)
• Taking tenants to view the property
• Screening/Vetting the tenant (background checks, financial checks etc.)
• Providing the lease agreement  and coordinating the signing thereof
